Innovative programmers and musicians have found ways to make music using nothing more than personal computer (PC) and a few samples of music on their hard drive. Fruity Loops, or FL Studio as it is known these days, is one such program that allows people to take samples and put them together to create their own composition or music. It takes the music industry and puts it in the hands of the average person allowing anyone to try their hand at music. But even if you have the program you still need sounds for Fruity Loops.
